United Student Body
Our Mission
The mission of USB is to accept the responsibility of selfless service to the students, staff, and the community of Desert Hot Springs, commit to promote the ideals of the democratic process, school spirit, and campus unity, and hold true to the values of servant leadership, integrity and diversity, by encouraging the involvement of students, staff, and community members in extracurricular activities, school-wide traditions, academics, athletics, and artistic recognition.
What We Do
USB is responsible for numerous events on and off campus. These events include High School dances, rallies, the Talent Show, graduation, and scheduling with organizations like the Lifestream blood bank and American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. We approve all activities and fundraisers as an organized student government program and work closely with our District Board Members. Within USB we have various committees including Community Service, Publicity, Spirit, Human Relations, and Pep Rally. Together we work as leaders on Campus to help Desert Hot Springs High School be united.

Hello, my name is Roxana Amezola; I'm a junior this year! I am a part of Spanish club and golf team. Outside of school I enjoy cooking and spending time with my dog.

Hello, my name is Kaeli Lara and I 'm a junior this year! I am taking AVID this year to help me prepare for college along with doing USB. I love to paint and listen to music outside of school while also hanging out with friends.
